This status page serves static content. Requests are logged by the hosting layer with a truncated client address, the requested path, and a timestamp. Those logs are retained for 14 days and are used to investigate availability problems. No cookies are set and no third-party analytics are embedded.
Data submitted by customers through the API is processed under the data processing agreement concluded with each customer. Processing takes place within the European Union. Retention periods, sub-processors and deletion procedures are set out in that agreement rather than here, because they differ per contract.
Questions about data processing go to the postal address above. We answer in writing.
